COVID-19
Covid is still active. Please ensure to complete the questionnaire prior to your arrival. Should you feel sick or have been exposed to covid, please reschedule.

Late Policy
Please arrive at least 5 mins before your scheduled service. Please timely notify KHOB if you are going to be late. You will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you must reschedule or pay a late fee of $25. Please note if KHOB is 10 minutes late starting your service, you will receive $25 off of your service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of appointment will result in 50% of the service cost. No call/no show will result in 100% charge of scheduled service cost.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and are required upon appointment approval.
